Beta information
Privacy
SimDock AI keeps a project’s conversation, sources and saved work together. This page explains the information the beta needs to provide that workspace.
Updated 7 October 2026
Information used by the workspace
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
- Project names and briefs, chat messages, uploaded files, notes, tasks, locked decisions, generated outputs and project memory.
- Trial and plan status, usage counts and storage amounts used to apply the beta’s limits.
Supabase provides authentication, the project database and file storage. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes that sign-in under its own policies.
How AI features use your content
When you use chat or a project tool, relevant project context is sent to the configured AI service to generate a response. That context can include your brief, messages, source excerpts, tasks, decisions and project memory. Text from sources and messages is also used to create embeddings for retrieval and memory.
Live research sends a search query to the configured search service. Image generation sends the requested image prompt to the configured AI service. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or confidential material you do not have permission to share with these services.
Owner review pending: confirm the production AI and search providers, their data-use and retention terms, processing regions and any international transfer arrangements. The beta does not promise that external providers never retain or use submitted content.
Hosting, security and service operation
Cloudflare serves the application. Requests necessarily involve technical information such as an IP address and browser request headers. Application errors may be recorded in server logs to diagnose failures. The project database and file access use account ownership checks to restrict access to your workspace.
Access controls do not make the service a suitable place for every kind of sensitive data. Keep your sign-in details private and sign out when using a shared device.
Browser storage and external requests
The app uses browser storage to keep you signed in. It does not include advertising, analytics or marketing tracking scripts in the current application. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information required to serve them. See the Cookies and browser storage page for details.
Keeping and deleting your work
Project content is stored so it can be reopened across visits. When a beta trial ends, existing projects remain readable rather than being automatically deleted. You can delete your projects and sources using the controls in the app. Deleting a project removes its associated workspace records and requests cleanup of its uploaded files.
Owner review pending: define account deletion and privacy-request handling, data and log retention periods, backup retention and how failed file cleanup is handled. No fixed retention period or immediate removal from every backup is promised here.
Your privacy questions and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. The operator must confirm the applicable rights, lawful bases and complaint route.
Owner review pending: publish the operator’s legal name and a working privacy contact so you can ask questions or make a request. These details have not yet been supplied.
